ABOUT ME
Why I teach Pilates
I started a Pilates class in my mid 30's and could not believe how great it made me feel. Stronger, more flexible and for the first time in my life no lumbar back pain. I really believe that Pilates can make you feel better.
Eight years on and I am now a qualified Pilates teacher. I trained at the Physiotherapy and Pilates Rehabilitation Centre in Clevedon where I gained my level 3 Pilates matwork qualification and affiliation with the Alan Herdman Pilates training school, London.
I am so excited to offer Pilates tuition to Bristol. In the past year I have had some great successes, helping the recovery of plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, lumbar spin pain, shoulder pain and knee pain. I have helped many clients take their first steps into Pilates, building strength and confidence in their body.
I teach daytime solo lessons in my home studio on Monday and Tuesday this costs £45 for 55 minutes. You can also come to a duo (two person) class costing £22.50 each for 55 minutes.

I teach mat Pilates classes on Tuesday evenings 6:15pm-7:10pm and 7:20pm-8:15pm. Then again on Friday mornings 9am-9:55am and 10:05am-11am at All Saints Link Hall, Grove Road, Fishponds, BS16 2BW. Tuesday evening classes cost £10 and Friday morning classes cost £9.50 for 55 minutes and have limited capacity of 8 participants making booking essential!
